采用烧结铝矾土、镁砂等添加硅微粉作外加剂和结合剂。生产的风管浇注料适用于热风围管以下波纹管、鹅颈管、弯管和直风管内衬及送风支管、混风管等部位。主要特点是:热震稳定性好,耐高温气流冲刷、强度高、使用寿命长。
The products are made of sintered bauxite, magnesite, etc., silica micro powder as additives and the binder, applied to corrugated tube, gooseneck, bended, direct blowing, branch air-supplying, and mixed air tubes, etc. under bustle pipe. The characterizes are excellent thermal shock resistance, resistance to high-temperature air-flow wear, high strength, long service life.

5.HX缓冲泥浆
HX Buffering Mortar
采用可压缩的耐火材料为主要原料制成的用于缓冲耐火砌体热膨胀应力的特种泥浆。填充于风口下半圈与组合砖以及炉身上部砌体间,避免砌体因升温后体积膨胀产生应力对炉衬产生的破坏。
The buffering mortar are a special kind, produced with the main compressibility refractoriness, buffering thermal expansion stress of refractory masonry, filled in lower half-circle of tuyere and between assembled bricks and upper masonry of furnace stack, avoiding the masonry to be broken by the expansion stress after heating.
