一、简支梁冲击试验机主要适用范围及功能

适用于机械，冶金，大专院校，科研院所等各领域用来测定对塑料、尼龙、橡胶、玻璃钢、复合塑料管材、电气绝缘材料等非金属材料的冲击韧性值和检验材料的抗冲击能力。

该机采用德国西门子PLC进行控制，通过高精度光学编码器进行仰角数据采集，利用上位机软件进行参数设置和数据显示，自动对不同的锤头进行摩擦损耗校准和计算并保存数值，自动计算冲击强度并可以对冲击强度进行数据打印。通过电动释放锤头，具有操作使用方便，安全可靠，数据精度高等优点。
