RGH22读数头的特性与优点
读数头小巧、坚固，采用内置细分电路，能够提供具有行业标准的模拟和数字输出
非接触式设计提供高速、可靠的操作，摩擦和磨损均为零
内置LED安装指示灯使读数头便于安装
光学滤波系统在大多数开放式光栅都不适用的条件下，仍具有优异的信号稳定性
光学零位提供可重复的起始位置，而限位开关则指示轴行程的终点


RGS20-S 20 μm栅距钢带栅尺
20 μm RGS20-S由薄型柔性钢带制成；钢带经过镀金具有更高的反射率和耐腐蚀性。可以使用背面自带的不干胶将其安装到金属、陶瓷和合成材料等大多数工程材料上。

栅尺成卷供货，用户可根据需要任意裁剪，可满足长达70 m的轴长需要
RGS-S栅尺的膨胀特性与基体材料（和栅尺粘贴）的膨胀特性一致，从而简化了系统的热补偿
具有专利的栅尺安装工具有助于实现快速的安装
表面涂漆的栅尺易于清洁且坚固耐用
可方便地“剪至所需长度”，确保了不必要的浪费和高效的库存管理
±3 μm/m线性度通过简单的补偿就可实现高精度
