无锡天任电子有限公司成立于1998年底。

2005年迁入位于风景秀丽的太湖之滨的无锡(国家)工业设计园 创意园 6号房五楼 现址，并置自有厂房。
　

自创立之初开始，无锡天任电子有限公司一直致力于日本著名人机界面品牌Pro-face系列等产品的推广，与其他各外地分公司一起，拥有庞大的市场基础和良好的市场声誉。

2006年开始，无锡天任电子有限公司在继续原有事业基础上，转型为进行自有品牌产品研发、生产、销售与系统集成的研发生产型企业，其中：
2006年推向市场的简易小型人机界面，为公司全面进入工业人机界面市场积累了研发、供应渠道和生产质量保证的经验。
2007年下半年，经过历时2年的开发的可编程触摸屏人机界面系列产品，开始进入销售，反映良好。

2007年公司通过了TUV ISO9001:2000质量体系认证。

2007年，无锡天任电子有限公司注册资金 300万，总资产增加到1200万，员工数逐年增加达到70人左右，销售额近2700万。
